AMCHAM’s Karnataka Chapter members participated in a dynamic and thought-provoking session titled ‘A Fresh Take on Building Leadership Presence’ organized in collaboration with knowledge partner KPMG in India. Held at the Ritz Carlton Bengaluru on June 11th, the session brought together senior professionals and emerging leaders for a morning of reflection, learning, and networking. Attended by Karnataka Chapter Executive Committee members, the program featured engaging presentations by Mr. Vijay Gogoi, Partner – Human Capital Advisory Solutions, KPMG in India and Mr. Krishna Iyer, Non-Executive Director, Angel One Ltd. and Co-Founder, Go-Live Faster. The session explored the key drivers of leadership presence and introduced participants to a powerful new framework that emphasized both the ‘inner game’—self-awareness and mindset—and the ‘outer game’—communication, influence, and executive behavior. The agenda included a networking breakfast, welcome address by Mr. Anshuman Appanna, Regional Director – Karnataka Chapter, AMCHAM, a joint presentation by the speakers, and a lively Q&A session. The program concluded with closing remarks, reinforcing AMCHAM’s commitment to fostering leadership development and peer learning among its members.
