AMCHAM ICT Committee reached out to all the members of AMCHAM to present their views on the National Personal Data Protection Bill that was tabled in 2019. A working group has been formed of 20 Lok Sabha and 10 Rajya Sabha Members and the working group urged the Industry to submit their inputs. A total of 16 inputs were presented to AMCHAM . They were all compiled and submitted to the working group on 25th February 2010. AMCHAM ICT committee would be sending requests to the working group members to discuss the submission in details.
