On August 11th, AMCHAM’s Karnataka Chapter hosted an interaction with members of the Karnataka Chapter Executive Committee in Bengaluru with Ms. Carey Arun, Principal Commercial Officer, U.S. Consulate Chennai. Ms. Carey Arun will take over officially in early September 2022 post the departure of Mr. Manoj Desai. Executive Committee members Mr. Ravi Krishnan, Chief Administrative Officer, Goldman Sachs and Mr. Amit Sharma, Managing Partner, Global Delivery, IBM Consulting, Vice President & General Manager – Operations, WW GBS – Cloud Appl Innovation & Global Delivery, IBM shared insights on behalf of U.S. companies doing business in Karnataka. Ms. Manjushree Phooken, Sr. Commercial Specialist & Director, U.S. Commercial Service, U.S. Consulate Chennai and Ms. Payal Satish, Regional Director – Karnataka Chapter, AMCHAM, also joined the interaction.
