AMCHAM’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee recently launched the LGBTQ Chapter that actively engages with its members for sharing of best practices and driving significant initiatives through appropriate forums. On August 8th AMCHAM partnered with Bank of America during the 2019 Out & Equal LGBTQ+ India Forum where leaders from AMCHAM and Bank of America spoke to the audience about what they have been working on as industry to make workplaces more inclusive and what the future holds for companies and organizations looking to be more engaging and collaborative to advance workplace inclusion.

Ms. Kaku Nakhate, Vice Chairperson, AMCHAM, Chairperson – D&I Committee, AMCHAM and President & Country Head, India, Bank of America and Mr. Iqbal Sait, National Executive Board Member, AMCHAM and Head of EMEA, Saggezza, addressed the audience. Attendees from AMCHAM member companies included representatives from Thomson Reuters, MOOG, Cognizant, Synopsys and others.
