AMCHAM India hosted an interactive session with Mr. Rob Joyce, Cyber Security Coordinator, National Security Council, White House and his team during their visit to India on 21st September 2017 at ACSA, U.S. Embassy. The session commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Ranjana Khanna, Director General CEO, AMCHAM India. From the U.S. Embassy, Mr. Robert Garvercik, Minister Counselor for EEST and Mr. Joshua Johnson, Technology Officer, attended the meeting. Some of the topics of discussion included the U.S. – India cyber framework, capacity building, and information sharing. Privacy rules/laws, data protection, adhaar card and IPR were also touched upon.
