HR Committee
The HR Committee serves as a strategic platform for HR leaders across sectors to drive thought leadership, advocate best practices, and shape the future of work in India. Anchored on the pillars of lead, build, and share, the committee focuses on leading policy and industry advocacy, building initiatives to strengthen the skilling ecosystem, and fostering an interactive forum to exchange of insights and experiences.
Committee objectives:
- Lead by promoting strategic HR practices, workforce transformation, and organizational culture development in alignment with evolving business needs.
- Build capabilities through targeted skill development, talent upskilling programs, and adherence to India’s labor code reforms, ensuring compliance, equity, and workforce readiness.
- Share knowledge by facilitating cross-industry collaboration, dialogue on emerging HR trends, and dissemination of best practices to enhance overall human capital effectiveness.
